Delivery typically takes 1–4 working days, depending on your location.
Rural or outlying areas may require an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.
Free or discounted shipping may apply during promotions (terms will be specified at the time).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and includes any special instructions (e.g., gate codes).
We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the parcel, The Courier Guy may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim through The Courier Guy.
