  • Rural or outlying areas may require an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.

  • Free or discounted shipping may apply during promotions (terms will be specified at the time).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your parcel here.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and includes any special instructions (e.g., gate codes).

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details.

Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel, The Courier Guy may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim through The Courier Guy.
